Brigadier General Monday-Gresham assumed command of the 7th Mission Support Command on 5 August 2023. The 7th MSC is the only forward stationed U.S. Army Reserve Command in Europe. The Command enables integration at the service, joint, and multinational levels in Europe and is capable of interfacing with
NATO Allies and other partners. The Command executes mission command and regional support to all assigned, attached, or supported U.S. Army Reserve forces for the Commander, U.S. Army Europe and provides trained, ready units for mobilization and worldwide deployments.
BG Monday-Gresham also serves dual-hatted as the Deputy Commanding General of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command. The 21st TSC exercises mission command for strategic and operational sustainment operations across the European Command area of responsibility; executes theater opening, theater distribution, and theater sustainment in support of EUCOM and NATO operations; and, as directed, supports AFRICOM operations in order to enable Allied victory.
BG Monday-Gresham recently served as the Deputy Commanding General-Sustainment of the 63rd Readiness Division located in Mountain View, California. BG Monday-Gresham was commissioned in the Adjutant General's Corps as a Second Lieutenant from Army ROTC and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. BG MondayGresham has a M.A. in Human Resource Management from Webster University, and a M.S. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. She has also served as the Chief of Staff for the 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, Indianapolis, Indiana and the 1st Theater Sustainment Command - Operational Command Post, headquartered at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

Her awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit with 1 Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Meritorious Service Medal with 2 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, Meritorious Service Medal with Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal with 1 Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster, and numerous others. She is also the recipient of the Adjutant General's Corps Regimental Association Order of Horatio Gates Bronze Medal. In her civilian career, BG Monday-Gresham is a Senior Tax Advisor for H&R Block, she also held several Department of Defense General Schedule positions in Florida and Virginia. She is married to SGM (Ret) Chris Gresham.
