  The Human Resources Sustainment Center Europe (HRSC.europe) serves as a theater asset to provide interface with the Department of the Army and Human Resources Command while under the command and control of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command.

    As required, the unit is prepared to conduct expeditionary operations - train for, maintain, and readily execute Reception-Replacement-Return to Duty-Rest and Recuperation-Redeployment (R5) Theater Opening and Contingency Postal Operations.

    HRSC.europe also conducts daily R5 operations in Europe and ensures safe and efficient transport of Soldiers and family members to duty locations.
